This project involved designing an infographic and job aid focused on effectively incorporating AI into instructional material development while adhering to the style guide of Intuit, a company known for its tax filing services, personal credit advice, and financial solutions.

The infographic detailed methods for integrating AI into instructional design, emphasizing ethical and responsible practices. The job aid explored the functionalities of a specific AI tool (QuillBot) and its benefits for instructional designers, such as improving content clarity, summarizing extensive data, and ensuring consistent tone across various training modules.

To ensure accuracy and relevance, I incorporated the use of AI for every product offered by Intuit, including TurboTax and Credit Karma, by thoroughly researching their blogs and media content. This approach allowed me to align the instructional strategies with Intuit’s brand and product-specific applications.

By following Intuit’s brand guidelines and integrating insights from their content, this project demonstrated my ability to maintain visual and stylistic consistency while translating complex AI capabilities into practical instructional strategies.
